Every season has a different vibe and different festivities. When I think of fall I think of baking fall recipes, here are 3 amazing fall recipes.

This first recipe is a hard recipe because it takes so long (60 minutes). This recipe was created by my grandma and her family. This pie is crunchy yet sweet and warm and melty. It truly is the best pecan pie.

 The Best Pecan Pie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 9-inch pie crust

           Steps: 

mix and pour into unbaked 9-inch crust bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes

This recipe is an easy recipe because it has only 3 ingredients and should only take you about 5 to make. This recipe was created by Lyndi Borie, my mom. You can eat it with almost everything and it would taste good. Some of the best things are pretzels, apples, nilla wafers, and saltines. This dip will melt in your mouth and surprise you with the explosion of flavor.

Pumpkin Dip:

    Ingredients:

 

  • One can of pumpkin puree (15 OZ)
  • One box of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (3.4 OZ)
  • One tub of cool whip (8 OZ)
  • Nilla wafers 

         Steps: 

  1. Combine pumpkin puree and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until everything is fully mixed.
  3. Cover and chill for 2 hours (or until cold.)
  4. Serve in a dish of your choice and enjoy!
